Victorian Opera – which brings professional opera to audiences throughout the State - is seeking an Executive + Admin Assistant.

 

This role is responsible for managing the VO office including reception, office administration, assisting the Music Director and Managing Director, maintaining databases and general administration to support the work of Victorian Opera.

 

This is a great position for a candidate who is hungry to learn about the sector and wants to find out about the performing arts – whilst supporting the Managing Director and Music Director’s work.

 

The successful candidate will be customer focused, with abilities to problem solve, work methodically, be computer literate and have scrupulous attention to detail.
