Opera, with its music, drama and human emotion is the most expensive art form to produce. Even when every performance sells out, box office revenues can cover only a fraction of the production costs.

It is the generosity of opera lovers, the continuous support of individual donors and dedicated sponsorship from corporate partners that provide the solid financial foundation required to mount critically acclaimed operatic productions.

You can play a role at Victorian Opera by joining one of our programs. Your annual gift or sponsorship will not only enable the company to bring professional opera of the highest possible standard to Melbourne and regional Victoria, it will contribute to the advanced training of members of the Artist Development and Education Programs, as well as allow us to create a wide variety of special projects and programs to the community.

How to Become Involved

• involve your business as a financial supporter through the Corporate Partnership Program
