Support our Emerging Artists and Children’s Chorus

Your support for our Emerging Artists Program and Children’s Chorus Initiative is vital.

We invite you to make a tax-deductible contribution to our Emerging Artists Program or Children’s Chorus Initiative.

These programs provide talented singers of all ages the opportunity to develop their singing and performance skills under professional mentorship from leading directors, designers and repetiteurs and perform on stage alongside professional opera singers and orchestral musicians.

Participants will receive specialised training that inspires and engages the best emerging vocal talents from around Victoria and Australia in a concentrated program of encounter, learning and performance.

The Emerging Artists Program participants and Children’s Chorus members will come together in August and perform in the delightful Il Mago di Oz on 27 & 30 August at Palais Theatre, St Kilda.

Your support will provide the funds needed to ensure these opportunities are delivered by industry experts to guide these artists into the world of wonder and imagination.

Every tax-deductible donation helps Victorian Opera deliver excellence in Opera and Musical Theatre for everyone.

All donations of $500 and above are recognised as Patrons in our performance programmes and Annual Report. Want to find out more about our Patrons' Engagement Program or other ways to support Victorian Opera? Contact Peter Garnick, Philanthropy Executive, via email.

The Victorian Opera Public Fund is a tax deductible fund listed on the Register of Cultural Organisations under Subdivision 30-B of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997. Donations of $2 or more are tax deductible.
