Promotion Terms and Conditions

SUBSCRIBER SURVEY 2026 COMPETITION

1. Promotion: Complete and submit the form to go into the draw for a chance to win one of two prizes:
   1. Two (2) A-Reserve tickets to a Victorian Opera production as part of Season 2027. Prize will be delivered in the form of a voucher asking for preferences of production and date, subject to availability.
   2. A pack of six (6) wines provided by Coriole Vineyards, McLaren Vale.
2. Prize value: The prize is not transferable, divisible or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value. All prizes must be taken as stated.
   1. Two (2) A-Reserve tickets: Maximum possible prize value is $330. Prize value will vary based on performance selected.
   2. Six (6) wines: Total value of $152.
3. Promoter: The Promoter is Victorian Opera.
4. Promotion period: The Promotion will commence on 04/08/2026 and will close on 18/08/2026 at 11:59am.
5. Eligibility and entry:
   1. Entry is open to people aged 18 years or over, who live in Australia, are a current Victorian Opera Subscriber (ie. has purchased a Victorian Opera Subscription as part of the 2026 Victorian Opera Season) and has successfully completed and submitted the 2026 Subscriber Survey form during the Promotion period.
   2. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
   3. The Promotion is not open to employees of Victorian Opera, their families (including de facto spouses) or to other persons assisting with the Promotion.
   4. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries and entries with defamatory or offensive content or incorrect contact details are not eligible to win. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for misdirected, lost or delayed entries and entries not received for any reason during the promotion period, or for any technical difficulties with entry.
   5. Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win.
6. Draw: Two competition draws will be conducted at the head office of the Promoter, located at Victorian Opera, Horti Hall, 31 Victoria Street, VIC 3000, as follows:
   1. The competition draws will be drawn on 25/08/2026. The names of all the eligible entrants who completed and submitted the 2026 Subscriber Survey before the end date of the competition will go into an electronic drawing system.
   2. The first name drawn will win Prize A, and the second name drawn will win Prize B.
7. Notification: The winners will be notified via email.
8. Liability: The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury which results directly or indirectly from the competition, except that which cannot be excluded by law.
9. Redraw: In the event of the prize remaining unclaimed for seven days, the winners will be redrawn. The last potential unclaimed prize draw date will be 08/09/2026.
